If the mouse button is pressed on the thumb of the vertical scrollbar and a
image warning dialog appears, the scrolling position keeps following the mouse,
even if the focus is elsewhere and the button is released. To unstick the
scrolling you have to click in the content area.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
This one is hard to reproduce, because you need to get the right timing.
You need to be able to get an image warning after a delay.
1. Open some page which is long enough (6-7 times the browser height is a good
measure) so you can scroll it using the thumb.
2. In another window, open some page which will cause an image warning
3. Before the image warning appears, go to the first page, and start scrolling
it by holding the mouse button down over the thumb and moving the mouse up and down
4. Keep the mouse button down until the image warning appears
5. Release the mouse button
Actual Results: After the dialog appears, even if you release the mouse button,
the page keeps scrolling. Dismissing the dialog isn't enough to end it; you have
to click in the content area.
Expected Results: Acted as if the mouse button was released just before the
dialog appears.

This is a much older bug than the number would indicate. There is probably a
dupe out there that is much older.
