Wondering if it's related to bug 1027593.

Carol, what's the FxOS version you're using? Gaia/Gecko hashes would be useful too.

The issue is observed on 2.0 branch.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Flame 2.0. Repro rate: 0 out of 5 attempts.
Rapidly hitting a bunch of letters and then holding onto a letter does not produce random letters.

Nobody is able to reproduce this in the latest, so I'm closing it as works-for-me for now, please feel free to re-open it if this shows back up.

Carol, it would be nice to know the end story for this bug: either you found an issue on your side, or there is still a problem on our side.

Hi Julien, I can't seem to reproduce this anymore. Perhaps this was only happening on a particular version of Gaia. I'm good with this being closed and I'll report any occurrence of it if I see it again. Thanks!
