Bug 1011712 adds a contextual hint popup for reader mode, but we don't have any way of knowing whether the user has entered reader mode before. To avoid bugging everyone with this popup, we can uplift a pref ahead of bug 1011712 to keep track of whether the user enters reader mode within that 6-week window.
Bug 1011712 never ended up landing, so this bug is invalid.
