For domain validated sites, the site identity popup (Larry) says "which is run by (unknown)". This text is confusing and unnecessary and should be removed.

No UX review? Some amount of thought went into this design originally, and just asserting in a bug that it's "unnecessary and confusing" without any discussion seems rash.
