See attached screenshot.
To reproduce, download Firefox Nightly from mozilla, open it, change gfx.content.azure.backends to skia.
I can reproduce this both with the Mozilla binaries (GTK2) and the GTK3 test repository.
As you can see the browser's chrome is rendered wrong, tab animations leave a trail, scrolling in about:config turns the text into an unreadable mess, buttons are not rendered correctly (even in webpage content), and some parts which should be white are grayish black.
Tested on a new, clean profile without any extension or plugin.
Running on Fedora Rawhide, with Mesa 10.2 on RadeonSI hardware.
Related bugs: bug #740200 and bug #687187
On the positive side, if you can ignore the bad rendering, performance seems to be much better with skia, especially when it comes to <canvas> objects.

I can confirm this bug on Nvidia hardware (with proprietary driver 340.17). I'm using gtk2.

This seems to be fixed in recent nightly.
