When you click the Firefox download link on <http://www.mozilla.org/de/>, you are redirected to an unlocalized (i.e. English) page, in this case <http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-30.0-SSL&os=linux&lang=de> (depending on your OS). There seem to be localized strings in <http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/locales/de/download.lang?revision=102565&view=markup>. The same problem also applies to other locales (tested with French and Spanish).

Moving NI to Pascal because I'm not familiar with that page. I think it's still on the PHP part of the website, so I'm not sure if we should localize it or just direct to a different page.

It is still on the php side and won't be ported to Bedrock, we depend on en-US killing that and merging the logic that was in it into mozilla.org/firefox/new which is localized. "Needinfo" Jennifer to make sure I understand correctly and maybe she has more information about the migration of this page.
