*** observed with 2001-10-02 build with smapi *** Steps to reproduce: Install Mozilla as the default mail application. 2. Bring up WordPad, type some text and select File | Send 3. Mozilla starts up and bring a Profile manager window; 4. chose Manage profile|New; 5 name the profile, select it, click Start; //note: mozilla does not come up

Works for me with 20011010 0.9.4 branch build on Wins2K. Compose window and Account Wizard/New Account Setup are up.
