Description:
Notification for "Receiving Bluetooth transfer" is truncated in Swahili, but not in English.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Pair test phone with another phone using Bluetooth.
3) Send test phone a file from other phone using Bluetooth.
4) Accept Bluetooth transfer from test phone
5) Pull down notification bar
6) Observe that notification is truncated.
Actual:
Notification for "Receiving Bluetooth transfer" is truncated in Swahili.
Expected:
Notification for "Receiving Bluetooth transfer" is NOT truncated in Swahili.

Swahili was not supported in v.1.4.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.

This is NAB. This string appears this way in English. It is not a truncation.
