1. Reboot the device and the device should be locked
2. Unlock
3. Lock the device again
4. Unlock
Expect:
the two unlocking should use the same animation to show Homescreen app
Actual:
The first time it would show a fade-in animation, which is inconsistent with the other times.

NI Alive because I'm not intimated with HomeScreen window opening. I can only see there is a fadeIn() function call inside the homescreen_launcher. However I don't know whether the first time fade-in is a UX spec or a bug.
