  While I tested Bug 1029719 (http://goo.gl/HysA4B), I encountered following crash.
  - https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/17ffc1ee-e1e9-47bc-bd7f-afef62140630
  Demo video:WP_20140630_014.mp4 (Web page hung there then FxOS was restarted)

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the browser and visit following website
     - www.sina.cn
  2. Repeatedly scroll, pan or zoom the web page.

* Expected result:
  No crash happened. User can smoothly scroll, pan or zoom the webpage

* Actual result: (Reproduction Rate: 10%+-)
  A crash happened while I repeatedly pan or zoom a webpage.
