STR:
1. launch "settings" app for 2 phones
2. turn on "NFC" for 2 phones
3. open an image(or website, contact) on phone A
4. tap 2 phones together
5. Check the shrinking UI

Expected result:
The shrinking UI shows correctly

Actual result:
The background of shrinking UI would show wallpaper in a flash, please refer the attached video

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:
ShrinkingUI is used by many certified apps, this bug will have impact on Browser, Galley, Video, Music, and Contacts.

Yes, similar situation as bug 997606.
Maybe we can live with it in 2.0, but must-fix for 2.1?

It's very sad that this bug coming so late so we cannot resolve it in 2.0.
As Wesley comment, it will be a must-fix bug for 2.1.

Please see my comments in bug 997606. Suggest to make this available for 2.0 after risk/timing assessments.

Triage: This is not a regression also this does not bring significant function impact to users. remove nom but to put priority tag to track.

Howie, why is this moved to backlog as no user impact? Please see comment 6 above and also the related bug there. Both I and Juwei are highlighting from product/ux side of the user impact here, as NFC will be first introduced in 2.0 release. Moving it to backlog would mean it won't be looked at 2.0, 2.1.

This brings no trouble for users to use NFC. bug 997606 Comment 14 case 2 is more important. George is working on bug 997606 then this one. Both are being looked at.

After testing, I think bug 997606 can also fix this bug since I change the background-image from real image to CSS and it will reduce the swapping time for the background. We'll verify it til bug 997606 is merged.
