That sAllThreads list is supposed to be empty on exit, but it's not; see bug 1033577; one of the threads here is named "Chrome_ChildThr" which suggests it never received a proper name (???) I suppose that whatever that thread is, it should be torn down before global sAllThreads is destroyed.
Nuwa is gone after bug 1284674.
