Description:
When users are in Tamil language, the header for the "What is a Crash Report" page is truncated
Setup
Settings > Language> ta - Tamil
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140702000201
2) Ensure "Remote Debugging" is enabled in developer settings
3) With the deviced plugged in, type "adb shell ps" in Cygwin
4) Type "adb shell kill -11 [PID number here]" in Cygwin
5) Select "What is a Crash Report" and observe the header is truncated
Actual:
Header for "What is a Crash Report" is truncated
Expected:
Header does not display truncated

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.
