expected behavior:

observed behavior:
Looks we show the top 5 two of which are chopped off. See screenshot.

Seems I was right:
12:20:26 pwalm: spasovski: the former, if by "any number" you mean 5
12:21:00 pwalm: spasovski: I believe you need at least 5 apps to make a collection public
12:21:34 pwalm: spasovski: So the first 5 icons should be represented in the user collection block
