Performed the following tests:
- Verified x64 updater.exe is being signed.
- Downloaded the x64 MAR and used signmar to verify there is a signature that is embedded. Also verified that the product information block was correct.
- Built locally and verified that all tests are passing. (Was having some trouble early on but using latest from m-c that rsrong merged over to oak worked).
Going ahead with landing.
