Description:
When the user has set their device to Bengali and attempts to add a new contact, the "Add contact" header appears truncated.

Setup Steps:
1) Settings > Language > Bengali

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140707000200
2) Contacts > '+'

Actual:
"Add contact" header appears truncated

Expected:
Translated strings do not appear truncated

You have cc the wrong localizers for Bengali from India. Please correct this and add bn-IN to the title of the bug.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
