This will be a pre-step towards getting us off of elasticutils which doesn't support 1.0+ currently. While doing this remove the pyelasticsearch dependency.

https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/9895a49 Updated to use official elasticsearch lib for indexing. Currently queries still use elasticutils and pyelasticsearch. Bug 1036168 will convert queries to use elasticsearch-dsl and also remove the elasticutils dependency, switching queries to also use the elasticsearch lib for queries.
