Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated) [Why is this notable]: [Suggested wording]: [Links (documentation, blog post, etc)]: Let's only close this bug when "OMTC on by default" is in a late beta and we know we're keeping it, and correctly set relnote-firefox at that point. Right now, we're riding 33, but that may change to 34.
