Details

When two different incoming calls happen at the same time, two different ringing tone sound are played simultaneously, which isn't pleasing to hear (read: confusing). Only a single sound should be playing at a single point in time, probably.
This is functionally a dupe of Bug 1032700, since this situation should never arise. I'm marking it accordingly.
