Followup to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1033921#c13, AppWindowManager and other WindowManager needs to update active app info by appwill-become-active/appwill-become-inactive event. They are coming from Swipe Navigation. Note: If there's a normal app launch the event is appopening/appclosing which are already cared.
