STR: * Open https://bug994915.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8405715, let it load. * Ctrl+S to save it. What happens: The image is downloaded again instead of fetching it from the cache. What should happen: The file shouldn't be downloaded again.
