Ben said he is gonna take (or wait for Chris' patch to fix this) as it block his work and I am not currently working on it

I have a patch which replaces some of the deleted code and gets this closer, but it causes regressions on the homescreen because we no longer have the on-homescreen class. Not sure how we want to deal with that going forward.

Discussed with Dale. Going to go back to my original solution of listening for events in multiple components and setting separate .on-homescreen classes on each, as the suggested universal .on-homescreen class on #screen didn't work out. Will continue with this tomorrow.

This bug refers to an old version of Rocketbar which is no longer in use. Browser chrome will be re-implemented.
