While the Save window is open, the one that has the download status/progress on it, close the main browser window. Now try to open a new one, with the command key equivilent, or the menu. none will open. After the download is complete, and you close the save progress dialog, new window works fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open a browser window. 2.attempt to download a file. 3.close the browser window 4. with the save progress window still open, try to open a new window. Actual Results: the new window never opened untill I used the 'new window' command AFTEr closing the save progress window. Expected Results: a new browser window should have opened.
