1. Connect phone, open Monitor. 2. Open an app (non-certified if you don't have the pref). Its USS is displayed. 3. Kill the app, and relaunch it. Expected: USS curve continues to be updated with new data. Actual: No further USS data is collected about that app. Something breaks with no error message.
Only happens when the Monitor can't use b2g-info.
