The button on this page is not working as expected. It does work in Netscape 4.7.
Go to http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/docs.html and click the button to download
the docs in HTML format. Then accept the licence agreement by clicking the
button on the bottom of the page. Note that this will only reload the page, not
go to the download page as expected. Press the reload button in Mozilla. A
Mozilla dialog about resubmitting forms will appear. Click OK. Now, the download
page will be loaded.
This is reproducible every time.
