This issue hasn't been resolved yet, but when it does get resolved, we might need to do some work to:

1. change the type of certificate we generate from RSA to ECDSA

2. change the key exchange from ECDHE to DHE

This is a tracking bug to cover these open issues.

As tempting as this is to land as-is, the decision is that we will try to offer a control surface for people to create their own certificates at the same time.
