I think there is basically no longer any reason to use the "old style" of mozlog. While we can't just remove it quite yet as a lot of things are still using it, I think we should at least remove the documentation so there's a smaller chance of new code accidentally using it (this happened recently in bug 1026710)
This removes them, but maybe just a bigger deprecated warning would be sufficient?
