Just the Firefox-specific strings, right? Please don't move the toolkit strings into browser, I fear that without this separation it makes it too easy for a developer to accidentally add server strings that are not packaged in toolkit and hence break apps that don't have chrome://browser/

Some time ago we discussed moving everything to /devtools. It would seem that in general we want to go in the other direction, although I get that there is more churn in that.
Could you quantify how much this would help?

Some time ago we discussed moving everything to /devtools.
This happened long time ago and we want go in that direction.
This bug doesn't seem to be relevant anymore.
