[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: broken existing feature, regression, maybe a smoketest blocker too?
Latest regression on today's OTA: 20140801160217, not seem yesterday.
STR:
1. Install an app which requires the navigation buttons, e.g. Facebook
2. launch it
Expected:
1. Navigation buttons on the bottom
Actual:
1. Navigation buttons is mispositioned and can't be triggered.
