There is a terms and privacy link that is shown in the desktop footer. As per bug 1033851 comment 7, lets add that to the bottom of the users setting page for smaller viewports, such as android and firefox os.

Yes, agreed. Do I need to mock anything up here? I would just place it on the bottom of the page, copy follows the style guide, with 30px padding all around it.

Now the Privacy policy and Terms of use is linked to from two places: My Account and Feedback. I'm reopening the bug to remove it from one of those pages.
