From Bug 1026685: If an application does not specify any icons in manifest.webapp, then there is an issue when its attention screen is covered by another attention screen (for example, when there's an incoming call). It seems the attention screen just vanishes. There is a meaningful logcat: E GeckoConsole: [JavaScript Error: "TypeError: manifest.icons is not an object" {file: "app://system.gaiamobile.org/js/attention_screen.js" line: 307}]
