Details

Press CTRL-T to open a new tab. Enter www.cnn.com in the address bar. Click on a link (it appears most any link will do but I would use whatever the Main Story is for consistancy). The back button becomes greyed out when the page is opened. It becomes impossible to use the back or forward buttons from then on. They stay disabled.
not a tab issue, AFAIK *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 103978 ***
