Description: When you watch a video using RTSP the audio and video become out of sync. this is noticable around 45 seconds in but the problem gets worse the longer the video goes on. This issue occurs on 2.1 Flame (512mb), 2.1 Buri, 2.0 Flame (319mb) and 2.0 Buri. Can we try this on Android and the desktop? This was reported before. Read the comments in bug 965052

This issue is occurring on the youtube website at the smallest resolution and on android devices through the RTSP site. On the youtube website the video would be synced back up periodically so it is harder to notice the audio/video discrepancy.
