The text in the "Customer Login" combo box at http://www.netbank.com/login.htm
is misaligned. The text appears half a line too high, while the highlight is in
the correct place. The text should be aligned to fit vertically with an
appropriate amount of space surrounding it.

Duplicate of "Bad alignment of items in dropdown list" (note: this is actually
an error in the CSS on the page, but arguably we should correc for it).
