timing out trying to load large page of text

no browser on any platform can load this page...it times out trying to load it.

Putting on layout component...since this page does not load on IE, 4.7 or 5.0
within 60 seconds...QA will creat a smaller text page to try getting some type
of large page of test to load..more info to come.

reduced the test case to under 5,000k -- the test file loads within 3-5 seconds
on IE, within 50-55 seconds on 4.7 and within 30-35 seconds on apprunner.
Sending page to get uploaded to server -- new test name is text-only-long.html
