Out-Of-Scope for this bug: 
- Mobile Collection Builder Support (main use case from mobile device) for simple collections (showcase style), not mega, no graphic uploads
- User Collections: Collections created by End users / Everyone Else
- Avatar creation in user profile (if needed for collection graphic - but probably not)
