Description:
The "Select certificate file" header is truncated under Settings > Wi-Fi.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140815000200.
2) Set the device language as Japanese.
3) Navigate to Settings > Wi-Fi.
4) Tap Manage certificates > Import certificate
Actual:
The "Select certificate file" header is truncated
Expected:
The "Select certificate file" header is NOT truncated

This issue does not reproduce on Flame 1.4 (319mb) as the feature 'Manage certificates' does not exist.
