During the UI Tour experience (/whatsnew and /firstrun) we will be introducing Hello. We would like the ability to highlight the text link that says "sign in or sign up" within the Hello calling panel. This bug is open for investigation since Hello panel uses an iframe, which is different from how the menu panel worked in the previous onboarding tour. Highlight style in screenshot uses circle highlight from prior onboarding tour. Open to other options. UI for this feature has changed. I'll update the screenshot once I have updated requirements and visual designs.

Now that Hello UI has been updated, this is not part of our MVP list of bugs for upcoming UITours (FTE, /whatsnew, or /firstrun). Will close bug and re-open or re-file if this is something we decide is needed in the future.
