+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1007452 +++ It looks like the language files are not copied automatically anymore to /system/tts. They used to. It probably has something to do with svox changing. Bug 107452 fixes this for several devices, but not for the Flatfish. Found this in the August 15 build of Master that is currently deemed "stable".
