showOverlay method inside shared/js/dialogs.js has localization ids specific to gallery and is used only by gallery app. Scope of this bug is to remove app specific Dialogs.showOverlay() method from shared/js/dialogs.js and bring it inside gallery app. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1038984#c12
