Steps to reproduce:

1 open e10 window
2. set browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab to true
3. close all tabs (now you have one new tab)
4. open bookmark from bookmark menu




Actual results:

the bookmarks not load into the tab



Expected results:

bookmark should open in the tab

I'm not able to reproduce:
- browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab is true by default: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/app/profile/firefox.js#449
- Once I open e10s window, there is nothing to close - there's only a single tab.
- If I just open one of the default bookmarks from the Bookmarks menu, it loads fine.
