From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.5) Gecko/20011012
BuildID: 2001101202
If the character coding autodetection decides that the charset of the page
currently loading is different from the current selection, it loads the page a
second time if it is not already fully in the local cache. If the page is the
result of a POST form, Mozilla brings up a dialog asking for form data repost
confirmation. The bug is only triggered for pages which do not have a charset
declaration.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Character Coding->Auto-Detect->Japanese
2.Open a page which triggers the auto-detection (for example http://www.heise.de/)
Actual Results: The autodetection interrupts the page load and display after a
part of the page is displayed and triggers a reload. This might only be
noticeable on slow links (Modem/ISDN).
Expected Results: The page is only loaded once.
I often see this bug while browsing http://www.amazon.de/ over an ISDN link. The
charset defaults to ISO-8859-1. Then halfway through loading the page the
autodetector decides that it really is Windows-1252, triggering a reload.
The bug is likely caused by the same underlying problem worked on in bug 61363.

Note that if a repost happens, the Back button breaks too.
