User Story
As a user, I want a quick way to get to my most recent browsing session upon launching the Browser to make it easier to get back to something I was recently doing. Acceptance Criteria: 1. Invoking the most recent browsing session loads that window from my open windows or from history. 2. Interaction matches the UX spec.
As described in https://mozilla.app.box.com/s/2ujr31jyn3z58bowj2jd by "Browser start page displays the six most recent browser windows, whether open or closed, with history items listed below. Rocket bar is shown in expanded empty state."

Note that Comment 0 is no longer valid. The behaviour is described by the latest UX spec (to be attached shortly).

It seems like if we get something here we would consider taking it, but that this should not be part of the minimum viable product. Moving to rocketbar-next.
