Blank Connection Prompt
The connection prompt for DevTools seems to only show buttons no text.

Seems this was missed as part of the changes in bug 1029944.

Gandalf, this will fix the DevTools connection prompt.
However, maybe this will need to change if you bring back support for generated text as I noted in bug 1058795.
