STR:
1. Open settings app and wait for it to load
2. Tap on the Bluetooth tab

Expected:
2. The settings app goes to the Bluetooth menu

Actual:
2. The settings app closes

We can reproduce this manually and with automation.

Work on this is already in progress at bug 1053107. Trying to nail down cause there.
