I ran the regression window following the steps shown in the video clip. I should really read the whole bug next time. :| Thanks. Looks like there's one of the ReadOnly error messages in here that was also filed as part of Bug 1061510. Not sure if they're related, but wouldn't be surprised.

We should really move mozSettings API bugs to DOM: Device interfaces under DOM.

Bug 1061510 just landed, assuming it sticks, it may fix this. This may also be the same problem as bug 1061616, but holding off on resolves/dupes until things get retested.
