This panel should allow the user to choose if he wants to adjust the location accuracy or not. If he does two transfer buttons should appear - one allowing for general setting and one allowing to choose per app setting. The Global setting will overwrite the per app settings.

Elements included in Panel#1 - geolocation switch that reflects the setting in the settings - if geolocation switch is on: display the location blur switch - If blur trigger is on display the text, a drop down and a button “add exception” (No code) - If you click on the drop down a list of 4 options should appear: Precise, User defined, No location, Blurr
