When you reply to message and quote the original text, it is absolutely correct
for the quoted text not to get wrapped by the editor. But if you delete a line's
contents (including the quoting char) and insert your own comment, the inserted
text also does not get wrapped - apparently it is considered to be part of text
previoulsy quoted.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. reply to a message quoting the original message
2. delete the contents of a line within the quoted text (really the entire text
including the quoting characters, but do not delete the <EOL>, so that the line
is still existent)
3. write own text that would exceed the wrap limit for plain text defined in the
mail&news preferences
Actual Results: The text you insert will not get wrapped
Expected Results: The inserted text should be wrapped as specified in the
preferences

I also see this with 2001101201. Could this be related (regression) to bugs
58293 and 76888 (though both are marked fixed)?
