Description: When creating a new contact the Country, birth date and anniversary are not set as default. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140902040205
2) Open up the Contacts app
3) Create a new Contact
4) Select Country 
5) Select Birthday
6) Change Birthday to Anniversary
 
Actual: The Country, Birthday and Anniversary dates are blank by default.

Expected: It is expected that the Country will be set by default according to the user's language. It is also expected that the Birthday and Anniversary will already be set without being selecting according to the present date.

Follow up from bug 1043166. According to the latest contact edit visual spec. The Country and Date need to set as default, and styling of the button is incorrect as well. Thanks!
