User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0
Build ID: 20140905030206

Steps to reproduce:

When I type in textfield , and then I switch to Chinese (or other language) form English.

I believe this is the e10s problem, because it functions well in none-e10s window!

My system info
Arch linux
firefox 35 with e10s enabled
gnome 3.12
ibus 1.5.8

Actual results:

The input method is still English(different from the system indicator).

Expected results:

I should be able to type other language.
IME isn't working with e10s enabled (bug 1063669) but i failed to find the original bug report about this issue

I think IME could work.
In this situation, I need to click the textaera to solve this problem temporarily!(I need to do this every time once I change the input method from English to Chinese.)

Most issue may be bug 1175392. Could anyone test this on next (7/4) Nightly?
Depends on: 1175392
Hi,

I have tested this on latest Aurora (46.0a2) build, latest Nightly (47.0a1) build and could not reproduce it. I have tested with e10s disabled and enabled, and got the same result. I have typed in textfield some characters with English keyboard then switched to Chinese keyboard and I was able to continue typing with Chinese characters. Same result with another language keyboard.
